(GSTIN 07AAPCB0711R1ZB). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to BUYITWELL INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED; “you” refers to anyone using the Website or buying from it.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.
4. Products & prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping is free.
- We work hard to show products accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary a little from piece to piece.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pincode can’t be served, or we suspect fraud — and we’ll refund anything you have paid.
6. Payment
You can pay by UPI through our payment partner or choose Cash on Delivery. For UPI orders, your order is confirmed once the payment is successful. For Cash on Delivery, please pay the courier the exact amount shown in your order confirmation.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Returns & cancellations
You can cancel before dispatch and return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Using the Website
Please don’t misuse the Website. That includes placing fake or fraudulent orders, using false details, attempting to access areas you’re not authorised to, interfering with its security or performance, or copying content in bulk by automated means.
10. Intellectual property
The Website’s design, text, graphics, logos and the Buyitwell name belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any loss we suffer because you broke these terms or misused the Website.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption or government action.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
