1. Where we deliver
We deliver across India to every pincode served by our courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout and we’ll confirm it before you place your order.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum order value and no delivery fee added at checkout. Cash on Delivery is also available at no extra charge.
3. Dispatch & delivery times
- Dispatch: orders confirmed before 4:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of dispatch. Metro cities are often quicker; remote locations can take a little longer.
4. Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, we email you the courier name, tracking (AWB) number and a tracking link. You can also check your order status any time on our Track order page using your order reference.
5. Missed or failed deliveries
Our courier partners usually make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel can’t be delivered — because of an incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, or the parcel being refused — it is returned to us. We’ll then contact you to arrange a re-delivery or a refund.
For Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at the door, we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders to the same address.
6. Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, events outside our control — severe weather, strikes, transport disruption or official restrictions — can cause delays. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.
