Orders & payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any bank UPI app — or choose Cash on Delivery. UPI payments are processed by our payment partner MMADPay. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.
Is it safe to pay on Buyitwell?
Yes. The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and UPI payments are completed inside your own UPI app. We never see or store your UPI PIN, OTP or bank details — only the transaction reference needed to match your payment to your order.
Do your prices include GST?
Always. Every price you see includes GST, and shipping is free, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. The GST component is listed separately in your order summary.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — free of charge — until your order is dispatched. Write to care@buyyitwell.com with your order reference as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, you can return it after delivery instead.
My UPI payment failed. Was I charged?
Failed UPI attempts are not charged. If an amount was debited but the payment did not complete, your bank reverses it automatically, usually within 3–5 working days. You can retry from checkout, use a different UPI app, or choose Cash on Delivery.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter it in the promo code box on the bag or checkout page and tap Apply. The discount is shown before you place your order. One code can be used per order, and some codes need a minimum order value.

Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere we deliver in India, with no minimum spend.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 4 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Delivery then takes 5–9 business days — metro cities are usually faster.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
We deliver to all pincodes served by our courier partners across India. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will confirm it before you pay.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the courier name and tracking link. You can also check the status any time on the Track order page (buyyitwell.com/track-order.php) using your order reference.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver within India only.

Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return any piece within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags and packaging. Read the full returns & refunds policy.
How do I start a return?
Email care@buyyitwell.com with your order reference, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We reply within one working day and arrange a pickup where available.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we start the refund. It reaches your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer (NEFT).
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We are sorry! Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order reference. We will collect it free of charge and send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Request a return and mention the size you need. If it is in stock, we dispatch the new size once the original is received.

How to measure
Bust / chest
Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under your arms.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, just above the belly button.
Hip
Stand with feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips.
